Computer Cable Introduction

Shielding materials include tin-plated or non-tinned copper wire, copper tape, copper-plastic composite tape, aluminum-plastic composite tape, etc., in which the metal tape is wrapped around the package and the overlap ratio is usually not less than 15%, but specific standards have special The provisions of TICW/06 stipulate that the shielding metal strapping ratio shall not be less than 25%; the wire shall be woven and used, and the weaving coverage shall not be less than 80%; if there is a higher requirement for countermeasures, the coverage shall not be less than 90%. .

The shielding requirements of the cable are based on different occasions: sub-shielding (shielding only for the stranding group, each pair of stranding groups), total shielding (the cable is only one layer after the cable core is cabled), and shielding + Total shield (includes both of the above structures). According to the higher requirements of the user and the occasion of use, the total shielding structure can adopt a composite shielding method, that is, it comprises two layers of shielding, which is composed of a metal belt wrapped + wire braid.

Note: If the cable has a separate shielding structure, good insulation performance shall be provided between the shielding pairs. Polyester tape or other non-hygroscopic wrapping tape shall be wrapped around the outside of the shielding.
